"Really nice quality, glad I ordered"
I picked up a pair of Cole Haan shoes from the site after a friend recommended checking it out, and I’m really happy with them. The leather feels soft but still sturdy, not cheap or flimsy at all. I’ve worn them a few times now and they still look pretty much new, and the stitching looks clean too. I was a little nervous about ordering shoes online, but this worked out really well. Definitely feels worth it

"Easy enough to figure out"
I had a good experience shopping on colehaan.com. The product pages had the stuff I was looking for, like sizing, materials, and plenty of photos, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing too much. I mean, I still second-guessed myself a little on which pair to get, but that’s probably just me. The descriptions were clear and didn’t feel overly complicated, which made choosing the right shoes a lot easier. I’d probably use the site again.

Support got back to me faster than I expected and helped fix my sizing issue without much hassle. I did have to wait a bit, which was kind of annoying. BUT once they replied, everything was sorted smoothly.

I’ve been wearing these pretty much every day for a few months now, they’re holding up about as well as I hoped. The soles have some scuffing, which I kind of expected with regular use, but nothing that makes them look worn out or beat up. Overall, I’m happy with how they’ve lasted so far...

I ordered a pair of shoes from Cole Haan and the fit was close to what I figured it would be. I’m usually a 9, so I went with a 9, and the length felt right, but they were a little snug on the sides when I first tried them on.
After wearing them around the house for a while, they did loosen up a bit. I’d say the sizing is accurate overall, but whoever runs this should probably make the width info a little clearer because wider feet might have an issue at first. I’m happy with them, just wish they felt perfect right out of the box.

"Comfy overall, with a short break-in period"
I ordered these from colehaan.com and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The cushioning is really nice, and I can wear them for most of the day without my feet feeling worn out, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
They did feel a little firm the first couple of times I wore them, but they started to feel better after a few wears. Not totally perfect, but I’m still happy with them overall and would probably buy them again.

Checking out on colehaan.com was actually simple. I paid with my card and everything went through without any random errors or confusing extra steps.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the payment confirmation took a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did end up refreshing my email once just to make sure it came through...

"Basically zero break-in needed"
I ordered these from colehaan.com and, without a doubt, wore them out the very next day. They were a little stiff at first, but after a couple hours they felt totally fine like they had already broken in. And no blisters at all, which is a miracle for me because that’s usually guaranteed. I’m definitely happy with them

I picked up a pair from Cole Haan and, the arch support was kinda better than I expected. I can wear them for most of the day without my feet really starting to hurt, which is a plus. They did take a little time to break in though. Overall I’m happy with them, I just kinda wish the insole had a little more cushion.

I’ve picked up a couple pairs from colehaan.com now, and I’m starting to notice a pattern: I keep going for their simple, clean designs. I was in last weekend and i was happy to see the girl who helpped me i think her name was Kirrie? (her name wasnt on my receipt) She had pens on her glasses. I was suprised when Jane the assitent store manager told me the glasses girl wasnt even a manager. But thet way jane was treating her it checks out. The girl who was helping me is amazing though and shes better than me because i would have walked out.
